This Yin practice glides through a soft, quiet sequence for you to feel a sense of surrender and acceptance. Move slowly through Pentacle Pose, Sleeping Swan, Reclining Half Hero, Baddha Konasana, Seated Forward Bend, and Legs Up while focusing on hip and spinal flexion.
