This is a perfect class to release tension from head to toe with Pilates work — finish feeling longer, grounded, and at ease. Though relaxing, this sequence has a bit of a challenge! Exercises include X position, Roll Down, Hundred, Single-Legged moves, and a lying Foot Work series. This class previously aired on November 18, 2022.

Take your Pilates practice outside the box with this challenging, rhythmic series. A full-body workout featuring contemporary Pilates moves infused with dance, you'll target multiple muscle groups at once while having fun and learning some new moves. Dance your way through this fast-paced class, with a final cardio burst at the end before cooling down with some dancer's stretches.

HIIT-ing it hard has never felt so good! This well-rounded routine will leave you feeling complete. You'll ease in with a quick warm-up, then dive into a sweaty HIIT session including burpees, squat jumps, and plank walk outs, often utilizing a set of weights. Next, cool down and speed your recovery time with some foam rolling, then end with a brief meditation to clear your head. Props Needed: A foam roller and a set of 2-5 lb weights.

Yoga

This Chaturanga-free practice focuses on the mechanics, concentration, and patience that are required for standing balance poses. Begin by building on Eka Pada Tadasana into Twisted Triangle, and then Twisted Half Moon, before peaking in Dancing Shiva Pose. Cool down in Supine Ghomukhasana (Cow Face Pose). Grab your light weights for lunges and squats with arm variations sprinkled in, powering through mountain climbers in between. Explore the five principles of the Heart of Yoga (via the teachings of Krishnamacharya) to truly experience your breath, asana practice, and meditation. This practice deepens your relationship with the breath, noticing how the breath can be strong, deep, and easeful as it guides you through your movement practice. Yoga

Experience yoga's yang and yin aspects — flow through a heat-building and effortful sequence in the first half of class and finish with postures that bring ease and release in the back half. Practice Chair, Sun Salutation B with Crow Pose, and Eagle Pose, then cool down with reclined twists, Low Lunge, Reclined Hero, and Straddle Pose. This class previously aired on November 23, 2022.

This class is a great guide for you to develop an at-home practice; it includes a set sequence for structure while allowing the freedom for you to modify it to your needs. Begin in meditation to connect with your third eye chakra (Ajna), then find your flow through Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, Half Split, Bridge, and Wheel Pose. This class previously aired on October 30, 2022. Though not intended to be a Prenatal practice, this class can be prenatal-friendly if you are a seasoned practitioner moving through pregnancy. Please note: Practicing yoga while pregnant is for those who have a low-risk pregnancy and have gotten the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
