Upon graduation, she completed her first teacher training in Santa Monica and continued to study with some of the most celebrated teachers in the world. Ali is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative/Yin, Subtle Body, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
Once a simple way to wind down from a busy lifestyle, yoga has become the catalyst for Ali to live the life she always dreamed of. Her mission is to empower others to uncover their intuition and live in alignment with their hearts through movement and meditation. Ali has become well known for her innovative teaching style and ability to create a welcoming environment for all students to grow and thrive.
